We had some warning lights come on and a warning that we could only start our Sprinter 16 more times before it was disabled. It happened in Wichita Falls with no Sprinter service available anywhere. An internet search had me debating with myself if I should try to make it back to Dallas or press on toward Amarillo. I spoke with Brandon, who assured me I could make it to Amarillo. He told me not to turn the engine off until I got there. I decided to trust him and headed out. Brandon and Josh were waiting for us when we arrived. They diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in less than an hour. The relief we felt being able to stay on schedule was enormous. We are so grateful to the folks at Aardvark. Thanks again.

We lost oil pressure just before the mile 129 rest stop heading east on I-40. AAA'd to Aardvark Automotive in Amarillo TX at AAA's recommendation. Arrived a few minutes before their closing time. Ultimately they did a couple of things the next day that got me some oil pressure but not enough to drive the car. The car (old and imported) was way outside their normal service comfort zone. But they were VERY helpful. They helped us find a hotel, get stuff out of our car, get to the airport and so on. On top of that, we arranged for a flat bed truck to bring our car home while we flew home. Aardvark dealt with the car pickup too. All in all Aardvark made what could have been a total cluster**** into something far easier to deal with. On top of that they were all nice too. Special thanks to the service manager and their young man who gave us a couple of rides.
