As per Mr. Brandon's statement, we experienced a premature transmission output shaft seal failure. I very much appreciate Brandon taking the time to prioritize the repair, show me the failure and the repair, and, most importantly, taking ownership of the part failure. He was very apologetic and extended exceptional courtesy throughout the problem and resolution. He has a great set of technicians and support staff! Less than 24 hrs after basic preventative maintenance service, car has major oil leak and transmission issues that were not at all present before. Taking it back for repair to give them a chance to correct the situation.
Mr. Mosher we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to take a second look. We did take another look at the vehicle and found a faulty transmission output shaft seal. We replaced the seal at no cost and test drove the vehicle to verify the repairs. The new seal is not leaking and the vehicle appears to be running properly at this time. After we spoke to you we know the vehicle is doing well. We will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your repair and we thank you for your business and the opportunity to correct the situation.
